"I Broke That Glass Cylinder"
replacement part for the Rossi or Graves 8 cup coffee press

"Trouble with Mugs"
replacement part for the Rossi or Graves coffee mugs
... the most interesting scenario was providing the replacement glass for a customer who had been substituting laboratory beakers in their stead for almost a year... now there is definitely a picture we'd love to have:)

Escargo-go
replacement ceramic snail
Stefano Giovannoni, design 1994
... originally ordered for a customer whose Joe Cactus fell on their Escargo-go; after being out near the Alessi dinnerware section in our space, a customer inserted a small demitasse spoon into the replacement snail, requested some salt... the rest was history having purchased four as whimiscal individual salt cellars!
